Shunt resistance (R s h) is created due to leakage currents produced at the edge of the f-PSCs and the imperfection of the cell structure . This affects the parallel conductivity of a solar cell depending on the cell junction [, , , ]. As leakage currents increase, the efficiency of any solar cell decreases.
Series resistance (R s) mainly depends on the front and back surface contact resistance of f-PSCs [, , , ]. When increases R s then the carrier density decreases as a result current decreases in the cells.
The article shows effect of series (R s) and shunt resistances (R s h) on solar cell parameters to enhance the photovoltaic performance of f-PSCs. Single diode model has been employed to analyzed the results. Better morphology has been achieved by using antisolvent.
That implies that the inner rectangle has the largest area of any rectangle (Area =U · I= power delivered by the solar cell). When values of R s increases and values of R s h decreases the value of short-circuit current density (J s c) and V o c are decreases. So R s h is important parameter to photovoltaic (PV) performance, it also affects cell radiation of f-PSCs.
